ALAIN PASSARD GARDENS

Pleausre Garden - April 2019

This project dedicated to Alain Passard was initiated by the photographer. It focuses on the chef’s gardens, which lie at the core of his culinary approach. Developed over the course of a full year, the work documents the four seasons and the natural cycles of the vegetal world. The artistic direction of the publication was led by Éric Pillault.
